The Snake River Village HOA is looking for an engineer who would be willing to come out and inspect the decks for each unit and provide information on remaining life and replacement suggestions.  Does anyone have a recommendation for someone who will inspect the decks?  Thank you!

Louis helped us with our major project to fix our Promenade walkway & not have to drain the lake.  We had to be creative but we did get the army core of engineers to sign off on the plan as well.  There was a LOT of structural things we had to do both for the walkway but also the 2nd story decks.  Between Louis, Jon Collins (Providence Construction) and my VP - the 3 were able to come up with what I view was the best solution and this Promenade will out live me.
