If you have radiant floor heating, we recommend HOAs do a unit zone valve inspection periodically (3-5yrs).&nbsp; The valves fail and stay open or closed. Also have seen some minor corrosion around valve inlets.&nbsp; Again the zone valve manifold is within the owners unit and billed back to the owner for any repairs/replacements
