    From Tim Huiting, The Sanctuary

We are doing a review of our parking policies at The Sanctuary.  Our Declaration indicates that motorcycles are not allowed.to be parked on the property.  I'm just curious if any other HOAs have restrictions relative to motorcycle parking, i.e. inside only, not at all, etc.  Thanks.

We have rules against campers, trailers, etc but not motorcycles.  I think a few owners have them. If it comes up I think we would say they must be in the garage except when actively riding them.

We have no requirements on this class, same rules as 4 wheels.

The Frey Gulch Declaration addresses restrictions on abandoned, inoperable and unlicensed vehicles.  It also restricts the parking/storage of house trailer, camping trailer, boat trailer, hauling trailer, motor home and boat.  By abandoned our Declaration defines this as a vehicle (including motorcycles) that has not been driven under its own propulsion for a period of two weeks or longer.  Finally our Declaration refers to our Rules and Regulations which do not address parking or any restriction to motorcycles.
