It will be interesting to see the delineation between the Summit county (now Keystone?) bus service and the Vail Resorts lift buses. It will also be interesting to see who owns and maintains the roads near the condos....

Unless it already exists, there may be a good reason to create a committee of interesting parties including affected condominiums, Vail Resorts, and the Town of Keystone, to meet quarterly?, to clarify ownership and maintenance issues. The scope could include bus services road maintenance and other common property/issues.
